Little Noise Sessions 2008. Another KILLER Line-Up!
2008 proved to be another mammoth year for Little Noise Sessions with over 50 artists taking part.
Opening with a surprise set from The Killers, this amazing week saw pin droppingly intimate headline performances from Glasvegas, Razorlight, Stereophonics, Adele, Damien Rice, Biffy Clyro, James Morrison, Kasabian and The Fratellis, who were supported by fresh talent such as Florence and the Machine, Seasick Steve, Katy Perry, White Lies, Ladyhawke and Friendly Fires.
With our esteemed hostess Jo Whiley very busy with another big production (the birth of baby Coco De Lux), we had a number of guest presenters stepping into Jo's ever-so-sexy heels at the last minute (Huge thanks to Mathew Horne, Scott Mills, Irwin and The Edge for offering to 'babysit' the gigs, in some cases with only a few hours notice!)
The Little Noise Sessions crew will be taking a well-deserved break for Christmas, but we'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for supporting the shows and wish you all a fab Christmas and prosperous new year. We promise we'll be back in touch soon with news about Little Noise Sessions 2009...
